Donation Needs

Rainbow's End Library is maintained and supported by donations of material goods. 
Some current needs are:

                                 *  Biblically-based Christian literature                            

                                 *  Christian video tapes and DVDs

                                 *  Gently used toddler toys                                          

                                 *   Bookshelves

                                 *  A new (or like new, gently used) IBM compatible printer

                                 *  Bookends 
                                              (Rainbow's End is currently raising $100.44 in order to buy 36 sets of bookends.)

                                     *  Cash toward a library catalog program for the computer.
                                              (Rainbow's End is needing to upgrade the program it is currently using.  
                                                                  The new software is approximately $200.)  

                                 *  Best Choice brand UPS labels 
                                              (Rainbow's End earns $30 for every 1,000 labels collected.)

                                         
                     (So far this year Rainbow's End has mailed 3,000 labels, earning $120.)
                    (We currently have 200 UPC's toward our next 1,000.)

Notes:

• While Joan accepts home school materials, she does not have space to house a home school library.  Consequently, any home school materials donated to the library are given to families she knows or to the local home school support group, CHALK ,  Christian Home School Alliance of Leavenworth Kansas.
